Responsibilities

• Proactively answer and resolve customer questions.
• Schedule delivery and pickup of equipment; partner with drivers.
• Optimize routing of drivers with DOT expertise.
• Support branch coordinators and sales reps.
• Manage a portfolio of customers; maximize revenue from orders.
• Finalize sales for inbound and outbound calls.
• Advise customers on equipment selection and operation.
