TP-Link Argentina is seeking a motivated Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team. The role focuses on end-to-end order management, from receiving orders to coordinating delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in sales administration, strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and intermediate English. This on-site position offers a structured schedule and opportunities for professional growth within a global tech leader.

Qualifications

• Degree or advanced studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, order management, or customer service.
• Intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders, verifying products, quantities, pricing and terms.
• Register and manage orders in the ERP/order management system.
• Coordinate with Finance for credit approvals and payment terms.
• Collaborate with Logistics to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Monitor order status and keep the Sales team updated.
• Maintain accurate reports on pending, processed, and delivered orders.
