Rootstrap is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join a remote multicultural team and drive the full development lifecycle for web and mobile apps. You will work independently to deliver high-quality software aligned with client needs and company standards.

You will design solutions, implement automated tests with Rails (RSpec preferred), and collaborate with product stakeholders to ensure technical decisions deliver real value. This role supports remote work across multiple regions.

Formación

• 3+ years of IT experience.
• At least 3 years of Ruby on Rails development experience.
• Experience developing automated tests with Ruby on Rails (RSpec preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases design and best practices.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
• Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools as part of development workflows.
