Rehire, Llc is seeking a Senior Video Editor to lead the editing and optimization of video content for advertising, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns. You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to tailor content for YouTube, social media, and paid media campaigns.

As part of a remote team serving North American universities, you will shape video content strategies, apply color grading, motion graphics, and platform-specific formats, and ensure timely delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency, media production, or marketing setting.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro with working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling ability with pacing, audience engagement, and visual impact.
• Familiarity with motion graphics (text animations, lower thirds, transitions).
• Technical knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video formatting for social media, web, and broadcast.
• Highly organized—able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to work with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience optimizing video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, TV).

Responsabilités

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns with strong storytelling and brand consistency.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and smooth transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to improve engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms with correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align visuals with marketing goals.
• Manage video files and organize assets with structured workflows and version control.
• Review edits and refine content based on internal and client feedback.
