Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Agency, media production, or marketing team background preferred.
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro plus After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling with pacing and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and branding.
• Technical knowledge of color grading and sound design for social and broadcast.
• Highly organized with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Fluent English; able to collaborate with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience optimizing video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, TV).

Responsabilités

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and smooth transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations (text overlays, transitions, logo animations) to improve engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails based on distribution channels.
• Collaborate with creative teams — designers, copywriters, and strategists to align visuals with marketing goals.
• Manage video files and organize assets, ensuring structured workflows and version control.
• Review edits and refine content based on internal and client feedback before final delivery.
• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends to continuously improve video effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets, accounting for internal and client review steps.
