Responsibilities
- Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings.
- Correctly obtain information related to profile and assignment of openings.
- Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates for various openings.
- Present candidates to clients and leads.
- Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to identify farming opportunities in accounts.
- Propose improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.
