Job summary

BairesDev, a global technology partner, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large Staff Augmentation programs. You will steer multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver products and transformations, ensuring efficient, high-quality execution.

You will plan results, coach staff, manage budgets and forecast profitability, while maintaining strong client and internal stakeholder relationships. This is a 100% remote role with USD compensation and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Extensive IT industry experience with Agile practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to motivate a diverse team.
• Good English level, both written and spoken for global communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project results, coaching and disciplining employees as needed.
• Coordinate and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures for quality.
• Retain staff by fostering a reliable, communicative work environment and growth opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team and manage medium to large Staff Augmentation projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead multi-disciplinary, highly skilled engineering teams to deliver specific products or transformations, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Do:

• - Plan and monitor project results, providing coaching, counseling, and discipline to employees as needed.
• - Coordinate and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures to maintain project quality and consistency.
• - Retain staff by fostering a reliable and communicative work environment, developing personal interaction with team members, and identifying growth opportunities.
• - Strategically analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast project profitability.
• - Achieve financial objectives by forecasting financial results, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• - Take a proactive role in identifying farming opportunities within existing clients and delivering value to all internal and external stakeholders.
• - Maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by supporting and delivering strategic plans for implementing technologies.

• - 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• - Extensive experience in the IT industry, with a deep understanding of project management practices and Agile methodologies.
• - Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• - Good English level, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with global teams and clients.
• - Past experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
