Avenga is seeking an Application Support & Maintenance professional for Argentina (100% Remote) to ensure operational stability of mission-critical applications supporting manufacturing, packaging and supply chain.

You will join a cross-functional team delivering L2/L3 support, handling deployment packages, and maintaining systems under strict GxP standards. Fluency in English and Pharma/Life Sciences domain experience are required.

Formación

• Advanced English communication skills (C1/C2) for global collaboration.
• 3+ years in Pharma/Life Sciences manufacturing, packaging, or supply chain.
• Experience with MES, serialization/track & trace, label management, barcode tracking or SCM control.
• Solid knowledge of GxP, GDP, and CSV lifecycle principles.
• Hands-on with Windows Server (2016+) and SQL Server (2016+); middleware/app servers; interface protocols (XML, SOAP/REST).
• ITIL/ServiceNow experience for incident/change management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced L2/L3 application support and manage deployment packages.
• Resolve complex technical incidents and perform RCA within SLAs.
• Execute database queries, data fixes, and configuration adjustments for shop-floor operations.
• Maintain systems in a validated GxP state following CSV policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and plant stakeholders to resolve interface dependencies.
• Document tickets accurately in ServiceNow.
