Job summary

We are seeking a Part-time Accounting Clerk for our Argentina entity to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations. You will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, cash flow preparation, audit support, and coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires bachelor-level accounting education, at least 3 years of experience, and strong English language skills. The position is home-based with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations per internal policies.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and schedule related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and assist the annual audit.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May perform tasks within the team involving other foreign entities.
