Avenue Code is seeking a QA Analyst to join a product development team responsible for customer-facing digital platforms, including web and mobile applications. You will plan and execute testing activities, analyze quality outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

The current focus is manual testing with opportunities to contribute to test automation, CI/CD practices, and continuous quality improvements across the SDLC.

Formación

• 3+ years of QA/testing experience including web applications.
• Experience in collaborative Agile teams.
• Experience testing large-scale consumer applications.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC.
• Strong knowledge of web-based architectures and technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues in live applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or SE or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Design, maintain, and evolve QA strategy for mobile apps with manual and automated testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA to review requirements and plan tests.
• Analyze results to identify defects, trends, and risks.
• Provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Evaluate and improve test automation and CI/CD efforts.
• Support QA processes within CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues on live apps.
• Contribute to QA processes and standards.
• Stay current with mobile testing tools, trends, and quality metrics.
