Formación

• Experience with testing methodologies and implementation.
• Strong communication skills to articulate testing approaches and decisions to both clients and teammates.
• Solid programming experience and understanding of software architecture.
• Proven experience architecting and maintaining robust automated testing suites, primarily for web and API platforms.
• Hands-on experience using Cypress.io and Selenium for automation.
• Strong understanding of API testing and integration validation across services.
• Advocate for SDLC best practices and quality-driven development processes.
• Agile development experience is assumed and expected.
• Demonstrated ability to recommend effective test strategies and tools for specific platform challenges.
• Passion for writing reliable, secure, and scalable code — ensuring systems remain stable and high-performing.

Responsabilidades

• Confidently deliver high-quality test strategies and implementation.
• Create and write test plans, defining how tests will be structured and communicated.
• Work closely with clients.
• Apply various types of testing methodologies and collaborate on implementation.
• Help mentor and coach a project team toward shared goals.
• Navigate difficult conversations by providing constructive feedback to teams and clients.
• Identify obstacles to ensure quality and improve user experience.
• Guide the team through changing priorities with positive energy.
• Communicate and simplify complex problems to multidisciplinary teams.
• Apply knowledge and findings at an organizational scale.
