TrueML, a financial software company in Argentina, is looking for a Sr Quality Engineer II to lead quality strategy and establish best practices in software testing. The role involves hands-on quality engineering and collaboration with development teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in quality engineering, particularly in test automation frameworks. The team values diversity and is dedicated to creating excellent customer experiences.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with a strong emphasis on test automation.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#).
• Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6, LoadRunner).

Responsabilidades

• Define and champion QE best practices, standards, and processes within the team.
• Design, develop, and implement a scalable and maintainable test automation framework.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to integrate quality practices throughout the SDLC.
