Bridgenext is hiring a Senior QA to join our team supporting clients. This is a hands-on role where you will drive quality for client deliverables, contribute to test strategy, and collaborate directly with the client's QA team and developers alongside Bridgenext's QA and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong manual testing expertise, working knowledge of test automation (Playwright preferred), and demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate testing activities.

Formación

• 5-7 years of QA experience with hands-on testing of complex web apps.
• Strong manual testing across functional, regression, and UAT.
• Experience building automated tests with Playwright or similar.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate testing and data creation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (or Java/Python) for automation.
• Solid API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
• Familiar with Jira and test management tools; Agile/Scrum with CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Execute QA activities for enterprise CMS engagements with planning and execution.
• Design and document comprehensive manual test cases and strategies.
• Build and maintain automated test suites with Playwright for UI and API tests.
• Collaborate with client's QA team and Bridgenext's teams to align quality goals.
• Refine QA practices, entry/exit criteria, and quality gates.
• Leverage AI tools to generate test cases, data, and automation scripts.
• Perform defect triage, root cause analysis, and report defects in Jira.
• Validate CMS features, APIs, and frontend rendering.
• Support junior QA members and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to CI/CD integration and QA process improvements.
