Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Senior QA Engineer for distributed systems or ETL/data pipelines.
• Hands-on with Python and Pytest for backend/API automation.
• Experience testing REST APIs, data validation, and error handling.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and CI/CD integration.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools and modern QA practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for backend, APIs, and end-to-end workflows.
• Expand automated test coverage using Python and Pytest.
• Build reusable test utilities, fixtures, and data management.
• Create end-to-end regression suites for high product quality.
• Maintain frontend tests with Cypress and contribute to AI-driven QA workflows.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Product teams to close coverage gaps.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing strategies and tooling.
