Job summary

BriteCore is a fully remote company with a backend-focused role in Argentina or Brazil. You will push AI agents into complex flows, build platform integrations, and craft API contracts for a scalable SaaS product. You will work on multi-tenant infra, data pipelines, and AI copilots to enable fast product delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Python web development, Django, API design, and strong frontend experience with Vue.js or React. Experience with Docker and AWS is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or a related field.
• 5+ years of Python web development.
• 3+ years with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• 3+ years of SaaS product development with cloud-based solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Django or another Python framework.
• 2+ years building and consuming APIs.
• Proven experience using AI coding tools (Claude, Codex).
• Strong experience with frontend frameworks (Vue.js or React).
• Docker and AWS experience; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Push production AI agents into the platform's most complex flows; build MCP servers and orchestration layers.
• Build the integration layer powering the platform and AI agents (identity, e-signature, real-time data services).
• Develop rules engines, configuration runtime, and AI Copilots to make the platform a product factory.
• Bring whole companies onto the platform with importer pipelines and data schema mapping.
• Engineer multi-tenant infrastructure with async workers and document pipelines; scale agents fleet tenant by tenant.
• Design public APIs and contracts for the customer ecosystem with AI agents as first-class consumers.
