Job summary

BriteCore is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help shape AI-powered technology services for P&C carriers. You’ll work remotely from Argentina or Brazil on customer-facing AI features, APIs, and platform configurations using Python, MySQL, and automation tools.

You will partner with customers and product teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions, in an Agile environment with CI/CD, testing, and code reviews. English resume preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Python web development.
• 3+ years of SaaS product development experience, including cloud based solutions.
• 3+ years of professional experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL).
• 3+ years of experience with Django or another Python framework.
• 2+ years of proven experience building and consuming APIs.
• Hands on experience using AI enhanced IDEs (e.g., Cursor, VS Code).
• Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI).
• Professional experience working with Docker and AWS services (EC2, API Gateway, Lambda).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bonus points: 2+ years of experience at a scaling startup; experience in customer facing roles.

• Configure and extend our platform using Python, MySQL and AI APIs to deliver intelligent functionality.

This is a customer facing role focused on implementing AI powered solutions and configuring our platform with Python, MySQL and automation tools. You’ll collaborate closely with customers to translate business needs into technical outcomes, ensuring our AI enhanced systems deliver performance, reliability and impact.
