Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Proposals Manager to build the foundation of our LATAM and North America proposals team. You will develop client-focused budgets and RFP responses for Phase I–IV clinical trials, coordinating with global operations and finance to drive timely, high-quality submissions.

You will lead RFP development meetings, map budgets to client grids, and ensure accuracy of proposal text using templated content.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in business, scientific or healthcare discipline
• 3–5 years’ experience of proposal and/or contract development experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, proposal text and re-bids to support RFP responses for global opportunities.
• Coordinate and lead core RFP development meetings with sales, operations, and finance.
• Develop full project budgets using costing templates and Excel formulas.
• Prepare proposal text using departmental templates reflecting client needs and strategy.
• Review RFP documents to identify service requirements and assumptions needed for budgets.
• Support work orders and RFIs as needed and respond to client questions.
