Precision Medicine Group is expanding across LATAM and seeks an Investigator Grants Team Manager to lead the new LATAM team. You will drive development of investigator grant/site budgets during proposals, support revisions, and finalize clinical trial budgets with global scope.

You will oversee grant administration, payment processing, and KPI reporting, guiding site budgets and CTAs while ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance and/or equivalent in a similar field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Research experience or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience with clinical trial payment process, internationally.
  • Experience with clinical trial agreements and site budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and for non-English speaking countries the local language of country where position based.

Responsabilidades

  • Serves as a financial lead on the Project Team from a grant administration perspective on a global basis.
  • Oversees the grant administration team including budget management and maintenance.
  • Oversees investigator payment processing, advance balance reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Oversees creation of investigator grant workbooks interpreting CTA financials to facilitate payment.
  • Contributes to month-end close by generating global project financial reports.
  • Guides Project Directors on the financial section of the CTA and site payment workbook.
  • Supports Sunshine Act Reporting and other client reporting on a global basis.
  • Manages and processes payments to sites per CTA terms; participates in calls and reviews.

We’re expanding across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, and we’re looking for an Investigator Grants Team Manager to lead our new team in LATAM!
As the Manager of our Global Investigator Grants Team you will lead the development of investigator grant/site budgets during the proposal process while supporting revision generation and contribute to the clinical trial budgets finalization process. Manage and oversee the clinical site budgeting tools leveraging your background with complex protocol modeling and site budget experience.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
  • Serves as a financial lead on the Project Team from a grant administration perspective on a global basis
  • Oversees the grant administration team which includes, but not limited to: budget management and maintenance, timely and accurate investigator payment processing, advance (pre paid funds) balance reconciliations, and reporting
  • Responsible for overseeing the creation of the investigator grant workbooks on a global basis which entails interpreting the financial section of the Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) in order to facilitate and timely and accurate payment process
  • Responsible for contributing to the month-end close process by generating a global report on a project-by-project basis inclusive of, but not limited to: amounts invoiced/paid, advance balances remaining, prepaid balance analysis, projections, other key performance indicators as applicable
  • Work with the respective Project Directors and Project Managers in order toprovide guidance on the financial section of the Clinical Trial Agreement
  • Work with the respective Project Directors and Project Managers in order to provide guidance on how to populate the site payment workbook to ensure visits eligible for payment are tracked and processed; provide training as applicable
  • Responsible for overseeing the Sunshine Act Reporting process and other client reporting as applicable on a global basis
  • Responsible for the management and processing of payments to the sites as per the terms and conditions of the Clinical Trial Agreement
  • Participate in internal team calls, client calls, and Quarterly Business Review meetings as required
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance and/or equivalent in a similar field
  • Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Research experience or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role
Other Required
  • No routine travel is expected for this position; however, occasional travel domestically or internationally may be required
  • Experience with clinical trial payment process, internationally
  • Experience with clinical trial agreements and site budgets
  • Strong understanding of the study start-up process
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Analyze, reconcile, and communicate financial results with all levels of project team, investigator sites, and clients
Preferred
  • Ability to drive and meet critical deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
