Precision Medicine Group expands its LATAM data capabilities and seeks a Senior Principal Technical Data Specialist to lead technical data management strategy across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru. You will drive governance, architecture, testing standards, and enterprise requirements alignment for critical programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience for enterprise-level leadership.
Strong governance, architecture, and data-management capabilities.
Ability to translate requirements into enterprise data solutions.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise expectations for requirements quality and traceability across strategic programs.
Govern CRF templates, data transfer agreements, and design principles across platforms and therapeutic areas.
Set architecture and governance expectations for database delivery.
Define technical testing standards and automate validation.
Govern migrations, platform transitions, and archival practices.
Shape integration and data-cleaning workbench strategy.
Represent Technical Data Management in governance and sponsor forums.
