PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate delivery of complex initiatives within the Internal Firm Services practice. You will lead planning, budgeting, execution, and completion while aligning teams and stakeholders to client expectations.

The Manager will coach colleagues, apply Agile practices, and promote integrity and innovation in project delivery across global teams, spanning advisory, assurance, tax and business services.

Formación

• Must have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Leading project management workstreams to optimize project portfolios and drive strategic business outcomes
• Coordinating and overseeing project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to facilitate successful delivery
• Managing stakeholder engagement and communication to align project goals with business objectives
• Developing and implementing project governance frameworks to maintain quality and timelines
• Conducting risk identification and management to mitigate potential project challenges
• Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Analyzing project data to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate project management practices across the organization
