PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines. You will lead governance, manage stakeholder expectations, coach team members, and leverage agile practices to improve processes and outcomes.

This role offers hands-on learning, exposure to global teams, and opportunities to grow leadership capabilities while upholding PwC's values of integrity

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• English proficiency (oral and written) required.

Responsabilidades

• Leading project management workstreams to optimize project portfolios and drive strategic business outcomes
• Coordinating and overseeing project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to facilitate successful delivery
• Managing stakeholder engagement and communication to align project goals with business objectives
• Developing and implementing project governance frameworks to maintain quality and timelines
• Conducting risk identification and management to mitigate potential project challenges
• Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Analyzing project data to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to integrate project management practices across the organization
