Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead project management activities within clinical studies. The role involves delivering project management components, coordinating with sponsors and vendors, and ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are met.

You will collaborate with the project team to monitor budgets, study plans, and deliverables, contributing to the overall success of our clinical solutions engagements.

Responsibilities

• Successful management of specified project management deliverables.
• Responsibilities may include vendor management, management and reporting of key performance indicators, risk identification and mitigation plans, managing and tracking study performance, collaboration with functional leads and other contributors to successfully manage to timelines, with quality and within scope.
• May lead/contribute to both internal and sponsor facing calls
• May act as primary POC for sponsor and vendors of project management deliverables as assigned (TMF, data quality, analysis, and delivery of reporting).
• Responsible for understanding the scope of the study overall budget and monitoring overall financial health
• Contributes to the development, implementation, and monitoring of adherence to study plans.
