AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support an Application Security team by coordinating code hygiene and operational ownership programs. You will lead team meetings, create project documentation, manage change initiatives, and track and communicate progress, risks, and key results across PMO teams and leadership.

The role requires 8+ years of program management experience and strong SQL or IQL analytical ability, with upper-intermediate English and remote work flexibility.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in program management or similar.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to track, report, and communicate progress and risks with PMO teams.
• Experience setting up program meetings and communicating with leadership.
• IQL or SQL expertise with strong analytical ability.
• Self-starter with proactive, rapid iterations.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
