You will lead team meetings, create project documentation, manage change initiatives, and track and communicate progress, risks, and key results across PMO teams and leadership.

ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Proactively and independently research, experiment, and solve problems with rapid iteration cycles to deliver results fast.

MUST HAVES

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management roles or similar.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with PMO teams across the organization to track, report, and communicate progress, risks, blockers, and key results (KRs).
• Experience setting up program meetings and communicating effectively with leadership and stakeholders.
• IQL or SQL and strong analytical skills.
• Strong ability to work as a self-starter.
• Proactively and independently researches, experiments, and solves problems with rapid iteration cycles to deliver results fast.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Advanced Japanese skills.
• Application Security domain knowledge.
