AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support an Application Security team by coordinating code hygiene and operational ownership programs. You will lead team meetings, create project documentation, manage change initiatives, and track progress, risks, and key results across PMO teams and leadership.

The role requires 8+ years of program management experience, strong SQL or IQL analytical ability, and excellent communication.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management roles or similar.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience tracking progress, risks, blockers, and KRs with PMO teams.
• Experience setting up program meetings with leadership and stakeholders.
• IQL or SQL and strong analytical skills.
• Self-starter with rapid iteration and problem solving.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
