AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support an Application Security team by coordinating code hygiene and operational ownership programs. You will lead team meetings, create project documentation, manage change initiatives, and track progress, risks, and key results across PMO teams and leadership.

The role requires 8+ years of program management experience and strong SQL or IQL analytical ability, with 100% remote work options and a global collaboration mindset.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management or similar roles.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to track, report, and communicate progress, risks, blockers, and KRs with PMO teams and leadership.
• Experience setting up program meetings and communicating with leadership and stakeholders.
• IQL or SQL and strong analytical skills.
• Self-starter who can proactively research and solve problems with rapid iterations.
