AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support an Application Security team. You will coordinate code hygiene and ownership programs, lead team meetings, create project documentation, and track progress, risks, and key results across PMO teams and leadership.

The role requires 8+ years of program management experience and strong SQL or IQL analytical ability. You will work with PMO teams to report progress and set up meetings with leadership.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management or similar.
• Strong SQL or IQL analytics.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Proactive, independent problem solving with rapid iterations.

Responsabilidades

• Track, report, and communicate progress, risks, blockers, and key results (KRs) with PMO teams and leadership.
• Set up program meetings and coordinate with leadership and stakeholders.
• Research, experiment, and solve problems with rapid iteration cycles to deliver results fast.
