InvGate in Argentina is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the lifecycle of AI-enhanced ITSM/ITAM features. You will partner with Engineering and Design to translate user needs into impactful solutions, lead discovery, and guide products from concept to launch in an Agile environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong technical grounding, and excellent communication. The position is hybrid, based in Belgrano with AMBA coverage and competitive benefits.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical experience.
• Solid experience as a Product Manager across the product lifecycle.
• Strong technical understanding and collaboration with Engineering teams.
• Regular use of artificial intelligence tools.
• Hands-on, autonomous profile focused on launching and iterating solutions.
• Ability to combine technical knowledge with strong business judgment.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Our products help organizations in more than 70 countries streamline their IT operations, improve productivity, and deliver outstanding service experiences.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. This team plays a key role in the evolution of our solutions, leading discovery processes, defining functionality, and managing the entire lifecycle of new features. The role levers AI as an accelerator while ensuring alignment with our product strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

Highly valued

• Experience with B2B or SaaS products.
• Experience with AI-first products, chatbots, virtual agents, conversational platforms, or LLMs.
• Familiarity with technical tools for research or prototyping, such as terminals, APIs, or low-code/no-code platforms.
