Qualifications

Senior-level Product Management or Ownership with 5+ years.
Experience with PRDs/BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives and requirements.
Translate needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Evaluate requirements based on value, dependencies, and delivery considerations.
Proactively identify missing information and edge cases before development begins.
Maintain traceable product documentation including decisions and scope changes.
Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to align on requirements.
Assess change requests and document impact on scope and priorities.
Collaborate with Developers and QA to clarify expected behavior and blockers.
Support roadmap planning and ongoing prioritization for product evolution.
Support UAT by validating scenarios and reviewing defects for scope.
Leverage AI tools to improve research and documentation while validating outputs.
