Job summary

Applaudo, a leader in AI-powered solutions, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to transform complex business needs into clear product requirements. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, translate business goals into user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs, and guide delivery through development and UAT.

You will work with Developers, QA, and technical teams, using Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps, apply AI tools in research and documentation, and maintain traceable product

Qualifications

• Senior-level Product Management or Product Ownership experience, preferably 5+ years.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience with product roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery through UAT.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
• Practical use of AI tools in Product Management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives and outcomes.
• Translate needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate requirements based on value, dependencies, scope, and delivery.
• Identify gaps and edge cases before development starts.
• Maintain traceable product documentation and decisions.
• Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to align on requirements.
• Support roadmap planning and ongoing prioritization for evolution and delivery.
• Support UAT by validating scenarios and clarifying expected behavior.
