Job summary

Applaudo is seeking an experienced Product Manager to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and drive delivery across teams. You will partner with stakeholders to define scope, document user stories, and guide products from discovery through UAT.

We value strong ownership, analytical rigor, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while leveraging AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and documentation. Experience with Jira/Confluence and Azure DevOps is a plus.

Qualifications

Senior-level Product Management or Product Ownership experience, 5+ years preferred.
Experience translating business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
Proven ability to prioritize scope and align business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, workflows, and outcomes.
Translate needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Manage priorities based on business value, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
Identify gaps and edge cases before development begins.
Maintain traceable product documentation and decisions across teams.
Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to reach agreement.
Support roadmap planning and ongoing prioritization for evolution.
Assist UAT by validating scenarios and clarifying expected behavior.
