Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution of AI-native initiatives applying generative and agentic AI to clinical trial workflows. You will move quickly from concept to value, working with AI, engineering, and clinical stakeholders in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

This hands-on leadership role blends strategy with stakeholder management and execution, defining vision, roadmaps, and KPIs to improve trial speed, quality, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with engineering and data/AI teams.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts (LLMs, prompt design, agent-based systems).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmaps for agentic AI initiatives supporting clinical operations
• Lead multiple early-stage investments in parallel, guiding rapid experimentation and scaling decisions
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify high-value use cases and drive adoption
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and delivery priorities
• Work closely with AI and engineering teams in an agile, highly collaborative model
• Define and track KPIs tied to trial speed, quality, and cost efficiency
