Morean is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the pre-placement domain for a US labor marketplace. You will ship end‑to‑end AI agentic workflows, prototype solutions, and analyze agent transcripts while engaging users weekly.

The role is 100% remote, with international collaboration across Operations, Product, and Engineering. You’ll drive product decisions, establish metrics, and partner with engineers to balance pragmatic trade‑offs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building digital products with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Hands‑on experience shipping LLM‑based products to production (conversational agents / multi‑agent workflows).
• Strong technical skills: prototype, read code, SQL, analyze agent conversations.
• Experience designing evaluations, quality metrics, and human‑in‑the‑loop workflows for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Own product decisions and outcomes for the pre‑placement domain from discovery to release and adoption.
• Identify high‑impact AI opportunities to improve placement, fill rates, and efficiency.
• Lead the development and improvement of agentic workflows in production.
• Collaborate with Operations to map workflows and design human‑agent handoffs.
