CVS Health is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to shape technical direction for mobile platforms and enterprise solutions. You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and ensure reliability, security, and performance from day one.

The role blends hands-on coding with strategic leadership, requiring experience across Java, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, and modern CI/CD practices, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.

Formación

• 10+ years of hands-on IT experience across analysis, design, development, and programming.
• 7+ years of development in Java, Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin.
• 5+ years designing scalable mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and managing lifecycles.
• 5+ years aligning requirements with technical solutions for stakeholders.
• 3+ years CI/CD pipeline automation.
• 3+ years setting engineering standards and mentoring engineers.
• 1+ years working with AI tech (Generative AI/ML) and frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• 1+ years experience with Flutter.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive technical direction for the department and Enterprise Solution Strategy for mobile.
• Lead by example as hands-on senior contributor and mentor staff engineers.
• Establish reliability, security, performance, and operability standards, with strong testing and CI/CD from day one.
• Develop strategic technical direction and multi-year roadmaps aligned to enterprise tech roadmap.
• Lead adoption of DevSecOps practices and standards across domains.
