AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to maintain and optimize native iOS and Android apps with a strong focus on Swift and Kotlin. You will lead PoCs to evaluate migrating to React Native and work on Real-Time Communication features including WebRTC, SIP, and VoIP notifications.

Join a distributed, client-facing team and shape mobile architecture decisions while solving voice and latency challenges.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on mobile development on iOS and Android.
• Strong Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) coding experience.
• Exposure to React Native and PoC migrations.
• Solid RTC experience with WebRTC, SIP, or VoIP.
• Experience with voice-enabled push notifications.
• Based in LATAM or Ukraine with EST overlap.
• Excellent written and spoken English for client work.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and optimize native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) apps.
• Build PoCs to evaluate React Native migration.
• Implement and optimize RTC features: WebRTC, SIP, VoIP.
• Resolve voice, latency, and reliability issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on mobile architecture and features.
• Lead code reviews and promote best practices.
• Work in an Agile delivery workflow.
