EPAM Systems is seeking a seasoned Lead iOS Software Engineer to own the technical strategy and architecture of our native iOS apps. You will guide a team, define engineering standards, and drive the end-to-end delivery from discovery to App Store release.

You will collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-performing, scalable mobile experiences on Swift and modern iOS patterns. The role requires strong leadership, deep Swift/iOS expertise, and hands-on ability with CI/CD,

Formación

• 5+ years of native iOS development experience.
• 1+ years leading teams or initiatives on production apps.
• Expert Swift, iOS SDK, and Apple tooling (Xcode, Instruments).
• Strong knowledge of modern iOS patterns (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture, Combine).
• Hands-on SwiftUI and UIKit proficiency; CI/CD pipelines for iOS.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the technical vision for native iOS apps using Swift.
• Enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
• Lead iOS roadmap planning balancing product needs, debt, and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers to implement responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces per HIG.
• Design robust backend integrations via REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Own release lifecycle: builds, certificates, App Store Connect submissions.
• Mentor and grow a team of iOS engineers; conduct technical interviews.
