AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to maintain and optimize native iOS and Android apps, with a focus on Swift (70%) and Kotlin (30%). You will lead PoCs for migrating to React Native and implement RTC features (WebRTC, SIP, VoIP) while addressing voice-related latency and push notifications.

Collaborative with stakeholders, you will ensure mobile architecture and feature decisions meet client needs.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on professional mobile development experience.
• Strong experience writing native mobile apps in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) with a 70/30 split.
• Exposure or knowledge of React Native.
• Solid domain experience with Real-Time Communication (RTC), WebRTC, SIP, or VoIP architecture.
• Proven experience implementing voice-enabled push notifications and handling network latency in voice/chat apps.
• Senior-level mindset for app stability and connection reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) mobile applications.
• Design and build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to evaluate and migrate native apps to React Native.
• Implement and optimize Real-Time Communication capabilities, including WebRTC, SIP, and in-app chat features.
• Solve mobile voice issues related to VoIP, push notifications, socket connections, and network latency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine mobile architecture and feature specifications.
• Conduct code reviews, establish best practices for stability, and drive performance improvements.
• Operate in an Agile delivery workflow with regular sprint planning and iterations.
