About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to join a global media and technology company that builds products focused on relationships, personal growth, and emotional wellness. This role involves developing high-quality mobile applications used by millions of users across marketplace platforms.

You will work on both cross‑platform (Flutter) and native mobile development (iOS and Android), contributing to scalable and user‑centric solutions in a collaborative and international environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter, Swift (iOS), and Kotlin (Android)
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver intuitive and responsive user experiences
• Build reusable, modular, and well‑tested mobile components
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and third‑party services
• Apply best practices in mobile architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture, reactive programming)
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and battery usage
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across iOS and Android platforms
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and mobile delivery processes

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in mobile application development
• Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart
• Experience with state management (Provider, BLoC, Riverpod)
• Hands‑on experience with Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android)
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns
• Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with mobile testing (unit, UI, integration)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitrise, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with modern UI frameworks (Material UI, Chakra UI, Tailwind UI, etc.)
• Knowledge of agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Cursor)
• Experience working in B2C and B2B marketplace products
• Exposure to performance monitoring and optimization tools
• Previous experience in global/distributed teams
