AgileEngine in Mendoza is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

The role requires 4+ years of experience with Power BI dashboards and reports, strong SQL skills, data modeling, DAX, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based data sources, plus upper-intermediate English. You’ll work in an Agile environment with distributed/remote teams.

Competenze

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical and data requirements.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, data governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
• Experience coordinating or supporting onboarding of data from enterprise source systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across data layers.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs and data needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reports.
• Collaborate with IT and data owners to identify required data and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → data platform → semantic layer → Power BI.
