Job summary
Kraken Pro, the onboarding-focused team of Kraken, is seeking a product leader to own the global onboarding experience from landing to first trade. You will drive continuous UX improvements, deeply understand Pro customers, and live in onboarding data to identify friction and high-leverage opportunities.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience with onboarding/activation focus.
- Strong UX sense: identify friction and design for trust and excitement.
- Fluent data fluency: define metrics and analyze funnels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding experience for Kraken Pro globally, end to end from landing to first trade.
- Continuously assess the funnel and drive UX improvements.
- Deeply understand the Pro customer and what excites them to trade.
- Live in onboarding data to pinpoint friction points and high-leverage opportunities.
- Design experiences that build trust at every step and guide onboarding with confidence.
- Get clients to their first trade faster and with conviction.
- Partner with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to ship improvements.
- Leverage AI to surface friction, predict drops, and personalize onboarding paths.
