Kraken is building the future of open finance with a Pro onboarding experience that guides customers from landing to their first trade. The Pro team focuses on onboarding UX, activation, and growth, leveraging data to optimize funnels and tailor experiences.

Qualifications

4+ years of product management experience in onboarding, activation or growth-focused UX.
Strong UX sense to identify friction and design for trust and excitement.
Fluent with data: define metrics, analyse funnels, turn data into actions.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Customer-first instinct with curiosity about users.
Experience with AI tools to analyze data and personalize experiences.
Passion for crypto and trading.

Responsibilities

Own the onboarding experience for Kraken Pro globally, end to end - from first landing through a client’s first trade.
Continuously assess the funnel to identify what’s working, what’s not, and drive UX improvements.
Deeply understand the Pro customer and what excites them to trade.
Live in onboarding data to pinpoint friction points and high-impact opportunities.
Design a trust-building onboarding experience that guides clients with confidence.
Move clients to their first trade faster and with conviction.
Collaborate with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to ship improvements.
Use AI to visualize the funnel, surface friction, and personalize onboarding paths.
