ASAPP is seeking a Product Manager to own tools that let builders preview, test, and audit GenerativeAgent behavior before it reaches customers. You’ll drive scenario generation, evaluation surfaces, and the Previewer, balancing depth for reviews with high-volume auditing.

Collaboration with Research and Engineering will ground decisions in technical reality. Ideal candidates have strong PM experience in enterprise SaaS, hands-on AI/LLM product work, and a track record delivering testing/preview

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Direct experience building products around LLMs/AI agents.
• Experience shipping tools that simulate, test, or preview system behavior.
• Experience building review or audit tooling for unstructured content.
• Comfort partnering with research and engineering on system internals.
• Track record of running discovery with users and translating into requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in contact centers or CX analytics is a plus.
• Startup or fast-scaling experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own scenario creation via the simulation agent and lead tools for test scenarios.
• Own eval surfaces to detect and categorize GA mistakes at scale.
• Own the Previewer to show configurations in simulated conversations.
• Own Conversation Explorer for reviewer workflows.
• Build case for simulation-driven quality with cross-functional partners.
• Partner with Research and Engineering on agent architecture.
• Manage trust and UX guardrails in the review experience.
