Job summary

ASAPP is seeking a Product Manager to own the data layer for customer-facing dashboards and analytics. You will drive the roadmap for surfaces like the Supervisor homepage, translating platform data into ROI metrics and partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics to package insights for leadership.

You will own data feeds and real-time APIs, define event taxonomy and naming for scale, and lead discovery with enterprise customers to identify KPIs and translate them into structured

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS with data focus.
• Fluent in data modeling and schema design; discuss event taxonomies with engineers.
• Experience shipping dashboards or reporting tools with UX judgment for metrics.
• Experience defining data feeds, exports, or external APIs.
• Ability turning ambiguous data into a clear ROI story for non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of running customer discovery and translating findings into requirements (KPIs, metrics).
• Excellent written communication for PRDs, release notes, and customer narratives.
• Startup or fast-scaling background with evolving role scope.
• Experience creating ROI content for customer reviews/renewals.

Responsibilities

• Drive roadmap for customer-facing dashboards and analytics for surfaces like the Supervisor homepage.
• Translate raw platform data into ROI metrics and narrate to customers with Sales/CS/Analytics teams.
• Own exportable data feeds and real-time APIs for customers' BI stacks.
• Define data strategy and consistent event/schema naming for scalability.
• Lead data discovery with enterprise customers to identify KPIs and turn them into structured data questions.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science on event protocols and PI handling.
• Maintain the trust layer by addressing data gaps, latency, and date-range issues.
