Helpware is hiring a Sr PlatformOps Engineer to own reliability, security, and operability of the infrastructure. You will carry classic DevOps responsibilities: CI/CD, environments, and developer enablement, with a focus on platform ownership and scalable design across tenants.

You will operate AWS services, IaC pipelines, observability tooling, and a code-first approach to security. The role emphasizes performance, cost optimization, and compliance across SOC 2/HIPAA/GDPR contexts.

Formación

• 5+ years in platform, SRE, or DevOps roles running production workloads on AWS (and other Cloud Platforms, preferred).
• Hands-on with ECS (or EKS), RDS, ElastiCache, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, and VPC networking.
• Strong infrastructure-as-code practice (Terraform or CDK) and CI/CD ownership.
• Experience with Claude Code and AI Spec Driven Design.
• Experience operating stateful open-source systems in production (ClickHouse, Postgres at scale, Elasticsearch, Kafka).
• OpenTelemetry: collectors, exporters, sampling, instrumentation conventions.
• Security-first mindset: design IAM policies, secrets, and data boundaries from the start.

Responsabilidades

• Own cloud architecture and platform reliability across AWS services and multi-cloud options.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and conformance gates for logging standards.
• Manage secrets, artifact/image pipelines, and deployment strategies (blue/green or rolling).
• Operate OpenTelemetry pipeline and Langfuse for LLM traces across infra and apps.
• Maintain per-tenant usage and cost dashboards, SLOs, and alerting.
• Support product teams with environment issues, deployments, and performance debugging.
