AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid company growth. You will manage cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes and work with service mesh technologies to keep systems secure and performant.

This role emphasizes distributed architecture, AI-native tooling, and collaboration with leadership to align on priorities, risks, and technical strategy.

Formación

• 4+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 3+ years API design and development (REST/gRPC).
• 2+ years AWS and Kubernetes with service mesh experience (Istio/Linkerd/Cilium).
• 2+ years building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs and AI tooling.
• 6+ months of AI-native SDLC usage (Claude Code/Claude Cowork).

• Design, build, and maintain scalable platform services supporting company growth.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance; identify bottlenecks.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries with security and reliability.
• Implement best practices to optimize development processes and efficiency.
• Communicate with stakeholders and leadership on status, risks, and issues.
