AgileEngine is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid company growth. You will work with engineering and data science teams to ensure performant and secure systems, with a focus on distributed architecture and AI-native tooling.

Responsibilities include designing scalable platform services, monitoring performance, managing cloud resources, and implementing best practices to boost development efficiency.

Formación

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year of API design and development using REST/gRPC.
• 1+ year of experience with AWS and Kubernetes, including Istio/Linkerd/Cilium.
• 1+ year of experience building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, federated/polyglot persistence, etc).
• 6+ months of experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, harness engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar.
• Excellent communications skills, the ability to learn on the fly, and a desire for ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable platform services to support company growth.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing infrastructure-level improvements.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries, ensuring security and operational excellence.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
