AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and scale core infrastructure, spanning AWS, Kubernetes, and service mesh tooling. You will build reliable platform services and drive performance, security, and operability for rapid growth.

You will collaborate with leadership to shape architecture and apply AI-native tooling to streamline development and delivery across multiple projects.

Formación

• 4+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 3+ years of API design and development (REST/gRPC).
• 2+ years of AWS and Kubernetes experience, service mesh knowledge (Istio/Linkerd/Cilium).
• 2+ years building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage (Claude/Claude-like).
• Excellent communication skills and ownership mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable platform services to support company growth.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and improvements.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries, ensuring security and operational excellence.
• Implement best practices and tools to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, on status, risks, and issues.
