AgileEngine, LLC. in Argentina is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to build and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid growth.

You will design reliable platform services, manage cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, and work with service mesh technologies to keep systems secure and performant. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in server development (Python or TypeScript), 2+ years with AWS/Kubernetes, and hands-on experience with LLMs and AI-native tooling.

Formación

• 4+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience with API design and development, including REST/gRPC.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS and Kubernetes; experience with Service Mesh technologies such as Istio, Linkerd, Cilium, etc.
• 2+ years of experience building advanced architectural components such as service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, federated/polyglot persistence.
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, harness engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to learn on the fly, and a desire for ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable platform services to support company growth.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing infrastructure-level improvements.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries, ensuring security and operational excellence.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
