AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale core infrastructure supporting rapid company growth. You will manage cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, work with service mesh technologies to ensure performance and security, and contribute to AI-native development tooling.

The role emphasizes distributed architecture, ownership, and collaboration with leadership to drive infrastructure excellence and scalable solutions.

Formación

• 4+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 3+ years of API design and development, including REST/gRPC.
• 2+ years of AWS and Kubernetes experience.
• 2+ years of service mesh experience (Istio, Linkerd, Cilium, etc.).
• 2+ years of building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, federated/polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, harness engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar.
• Excellent communication, fast learner, ownership.

• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and improvements.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries, ensuring security and operational excellence.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize development and increase efficiency.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, on project status, risks, and issues.
