Proofpoint is seeking a proactive Professional Services Consultant to lead implementations of Proofpoint solutions for enterprise customers in Córdoba, Argentina. The role requires strong Linux/UNIX, networking, and email system expertise and requires engaging with senior client stakeholders and technical teams.

You will implement solutions, perform installations and configurations, provide customer training, and collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to improve deployments.

Formación

• 5+ years of industry experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in large systems design and project implementation for enterprise email environments.
• UNIX system administration experience.
• Strong proficiency in English; Spanish or Portuguese also useful.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with newly signed enterprise customers as a Proofpoint product expert to implement solutions.
• Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customization, testing, and documentation.
• Deliver training to customers and partners.
• Provide technical expertise in designs, proofs of concept, and implementations.
• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and coordinate with internal teams.
